Please complete one application form for each child (kindergarten and grades 1-4) you wish to enroll for the 2012- 2013 school year. You can complete the form online or download the printable application and mail it to Monarch Academy Baltimore campus. Applications are taken at all times during the school year, and spaces are filled as vacancies open.

Applications are available December 1, 2011. The deadline for submitting an application is February 17, 2012. 

Parents will receive written notification of the status of their child’s application no later than March 1, 2012.

Space is limited; if the number of applications exceeds the number of spaces available, a lottery will be held. Once a student is enrolled in Monarch Academy, he/she does not need to apply again for subsequent years at the school.

Kindergarten parents: A child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2012, in order to enroll in kindergarten.
